As our business has grown we have invested in steam systems, to ensure your laundry is returned to you looking its best, smelling fresh and germ-free. It is especially important with pillow-slips, hankies, tea-towels and other items from your linen cupboard.
Our irons are safe to use on all fabrics except silk.
We cover many towns in the Mt Barker & Adelaide Hills Council Areas

My Story
My name is Jane, and as the owner of Adelaide Hills Ironing Service, my focus is on helping people gain more time in their day thereby creating a peaceful home environment.
After resigning from my previous job due to a health diagnosis in 2012, I decided to start a home-based business that would help the local community. My research showed the need for a professional ironing service, and Adelaide Hills Ironing was born. Initially helping people mostly local to Nairne, with my family Holden Cruze doubling as a business vehicle, I quickly developed a customer base throughout the Adelaide Hills.
As my health continued to improve, interest in the business continued to grow, and before long I was helping more and more people. In 2015 I upgraded to a customised van which allowed me to quickly and conveniently transport clothes from customers’ homes to my dedicated ironing room, and back again. My focus now is on helping as many people as possible in the Adelaide Hills and Mount Barker districts gain more time, so that when you get home from a busy day at work there is one less chore to do.
Our customers include young professionals, families, retirees and small businesses. With only so many hours in the day, I am passionate about helping people look their best, easing the pressure on people with busy lifestyles, helping you stay on top of your to-do list.
